| For those referring new business opportunities |

A consultant must be placed on the referred assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days before the referral bonus is paid. |

MST Corporate management will determine the referral bonus amount based upon the required skill set and the assignment's length. |

After a consultant has been placed on the referred assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days, the referrer will then receive the referral bonus. |

MST Corporate management will determine the referral bonus amount based upon the candidate's qualifications and experience. |

The referred consultant must be placed on an assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days before the referral bonus is paid. |

After the consultant has been placed on assignment for a minimum of 90 calendar days, the referrer will then receive the referral bonus.
MST management has the right to approve or reject all referrals. Referral bonuses are subject to all appropriate federal and state taxes. |
